Refund policy

At AZOUL, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality bracelets. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@azouljewelry.com. They will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer after those 30 days.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your bracelet for a different size or style, please contact our customer support team at info@azouljewelry.com They will assist you in finding the perfect replacement and provide you with an exchange authorization number.

Similar to returns, the item for exchange must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, while AZOUL will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Once we receive the item for exchange and verify its condition, we will process the replacement within 5 business days. If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or suggest an alternative item of equal value.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or any other pierced jewelry. Additionally, personalized or custom-made jewelry/bracelets are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Please note that any promotional or discounted items are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Warranty

At AZOUL, we stand behind everything we create, ensuring that your jewelry remains as exceptional as the day it was crafted. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty

on all our gold and diamond jewelry.

Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects, which can be assessed and confirmed in our studio laboratory using state-of-the-art tools. This ensures that every piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

What’s Included:

  • Repairs for manufacturing defects.
  • Replacement for structural faults identified during the inspection process at our studio.

What’s Not Included:

  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or fractures.
  • Lost diamonds or pearls.
  • Damage caused by abuse, misuse, loss, or theft.
